  Staff friendliness, attitude and demeanor has gone way down hill. This used to be my "go-to" grocery store here locally but after my last few visits I'll be taking my business elsewhere. The only thing that kept me shopping with Winn-Dixie over Wal-mart was the high quality of customer service your staff USED to have. Made me feel like a human and not just a transaction. If I'm going to be treated like that I might as well pay less somewhere else where I expect a bad experience. I'm not sure if the change in staff attitude is because of a management change or what but it is extremely disappointing to see this at a store I had been shopping at for years.
