  Great Service!!!!! My 11 years old granddaughter and I visited Trail Sport Bicycles about 2 months ago for help in raising her handlebars. Marcus quickly assisted and adjusted the bike and to our surprise for no charge. A unicycle was on display and my granddaughter immediately became interested. Marcus took the time to explain in detail the unicycle dynamics and that he had owned a few. My granddaughter was instantly a fan asking him many questions. Marcus then researched and printed out the specifics and cost which included the sizing for a child. We went home researched the internet and found Marcus was exact with his explanation. My granddaughter continued to ask for the unicycle. We went back into the store a few times to look at the unicycle and decide if the bike was ideal for her. Each time Marcus was there answering our questions with a smile. Last week I went back and purchased a Sun Classic Unicycle. Marcus ordered the bike and in 2 days the unicycle was put together and ready for pick-up. I can’t wait to give it see the surprise on my granddaughter’s face when she receives it for her 5th grade graduation. This is a special gift for her straight “A”’s and honor roll. Thank you Marcus!!
