  Every single day there is a line of cars to the street for the drive thru.
  Not because the food or service is good but because it's takes 20 minutes at the drive thru to get your food.
  
  On the other hand the cashier fave me 2 free tacos.

  If you have a very specific type of order then this is not the place. I have a particular way I order our meals so that everyone is happy and that nothing is soggy once we get home. However, each time I have called to complain about a screwed up order, management replaced the item with ease. Employees are slightly nicer here then in some other Pinellas locations and store seems clean.
