  What good is it if you have an appointment only to have (Laura), the receptionist, not pay attention to it because she is busy laughing, chatting and carrying on with another person away from the window. There were people waiting by the time I arrived early to my 10 am appointment. When I called out to her she dismissed me. When she finally came to the sign up sheet she confused two other people (without appointments) with me, until, again I had to point out the problem.
  Dale was fine. He drew blood as required, efficiently.
