  We would like to recommend Bianchi Realty as a property manager and applaud them for a great job with managing our property while we live out of state. We have been very pleased with all of their efforts and have peace of mind knowing our property is being handled with their professional staff.
  
  As a rebuttal to Eric's earlier post, please know that he is a scam artist and was a tenant of ours. His review did not reveal that he was a tenant and his comments were misleading and were certainly not accurate. Why would a tenant be owed any money? Without going into details, please ignore his comments since none of them are true.
  
  Bianchi Realty did a wonderful job with a less than honest tenant. Please talk with them about managing your property - you'll be glad you did.

  Have had nothing but a horrible experience with this agency. I have never in my life met such dishonest people. I would never, renter or owner, place or rent from this agency. Their property manager is one of the worst managers I have come in contact with and IF he worked for my company I would have released him a long time ago. I am still waiting on my reimbursement of $2,092.00 We are now approaching month 4. I will be so thankful when this lease is over.
